Where do I go to get a Medicines Check?
Not all pharmacies will provide this service. Pharmacists have to be qualified (accredited) and have a
private consultation area in order to provide this service in their pharmacy. If your local pharmacy does
not provide this service please contact your District Health Board to find out where this service is
available.

Medicines Check is a web-site that carries information from the consultation that you have with your pharmacist. The consultation with the pharmacist is actually the most important part, but we can use this website to track any issues you might have and understand what your medication needs are. This way we can also get direct feedback from you about how you think your medication is affecting your health, good or bad.
Watch your own personal health outcomes (improve!) and change over time.
